Although my intuitive abilities began in childhood, my official spiritual journey started about ten years ago when I made the decision to fully understand, embrace, and develop these gifts. Since then, I’ve taken numerous classes, certifications, and trainings, all of which have helped me learn to work within the sacred light of the universe.

My foundational training began with becoming a certified Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki is a gentle, non‑invasive Japanese energy‑healing technique developed in the 1920s. Designed to reduce stress and promote deep relaxation, it works with the body’s chakras - its natural energy centers. Practitioners channel universal life‑force energy through their hands, lightly touching or hovering over a fully clothed client to balance energetic pathways, ease anxiety, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Though unseen, the chakra system has been recognized for thousands of years as a vital part of emotional, physical, and energetic well-being.

In 2023, I expanded my healing work by becoming a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. Developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, the Emotion Code is based on the understanding that emotions themselves carry energy. Through a simple technique called muscle testing, we can communicate with the subconscious mind to identify and release trapped emotional energies. Letting go of these stored emotions can help clients feel lighter, happier, and more balanced - sometimes even easing physical discomfort.
